Shipping policy

Jane makes everything by hand in her studio in West Saltoun, East Lothian. Here is how and when your order reaches you.

Dispatch

In-stock items are usually dispatched the next working day. Items made to order take up to 5 to 7 working days before dispatch. If you've asked for a tartan Jane needs to make specially, she will confirm the timescale with you before she starts. Bulk and trade orders take longer, and Jane will give you a delivery date when you order. You'll get an email when your order is on its way.

UK delivery

Postage is free across the UK mainland, with no minimum spend. A small surcharge applies to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, shown at checkout. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail and usually arrive within a few working days of dispatch.

International delivery

We ship worldwide by FedEx and DHL Express. The delivery cost is shown at checkout, and all import duties and taxes are paid at checkout too, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. During busy periods, such as the weeks before Christmas, dispatch may take a little longer. If your order is urgent, email us before you buy and we'll tell you what's possible.
